Guestbook v2.2.9 Available!

Well i have made some new updates to this new version of the guestbook. The admin can now post on there own guestbook via the admin panel! A new tab has been added to allow this, named “post”. The posts made by the admin are marked pre approved so you will not need to go to the dashboard and approve all of your own posts. Also Winn Scriptatype:php has been added for easier development use, and customization.

Do note that i have pushed back the launch of the AIR admin application. AIR support will be available in version 2.3 and then the AIR application will be launched with version 2.5.

This version still supports the web install and only takes about 2 mins to do!

Adobe AIR and Guestbook v2.2

Coming soon is the new php guestbook version 2.2 with some nice updates that fix a few bugs and a new design change. Version 2.2 will also support a new adobe AIR application for the admin area. This AIR application will allow the admin to login and approve, delete and edit posts without ever going to the web admin panel. The AIR application does need an active Internet connection and Adobe AIR installer. The AIR installer will be provided with the guestbook zip file for 2.2.

Version 2.2 will be releasing in the next 2 to 4 months, and as always I will keep you up to date right here. This would be a good time to subscribe to the RSS feed for my site and also take a look at the latest version of the php guestbook 2.1.
